1. First Practise night will now be Monday 6th September ( £3 fee see item 5 & 6 ) commencing 7pm Finish 10pm
2. First Coaching night will now be Tuesday 7th September ( £3 fee ) and every Tuesday after that commencing 6:45pm and
finishing 8:45pm
3. Second Practise night will now be Monday 13th September ( £3 fee see item 5 & 6 ) commencing 7pm Finish 10pm
4. The League matches will commence on Monday 20th September commencing 7pm Finish 10pm handbooks will be
ready for collection on the practise nights.
5. The ETTA form has been emailed to everyone and is needed by the League for all those players who have not signed up directly
to the ETTA via their website. I am only aware of 2 teams who have done this already. You must have submitted your form to the
League before commencing in the League Matches or confirmed you are directly affiliated already to the ETTA.
6. Anyone bringing along the ETTA form filled in on either 6th or 13th September will NOT be charged the £3 fee for
that night.
7. Team fees are £10 per senior player and £5 for junior players up to a max team fee payable £30. Max 5 players/team. Those
players already signed up to the ETTA must deduct their ETTA fee from the Leagues fee.
Senior fee £10 - less £5.54 ETTA fee paid means the player owes £4.46
Juniors £5 - less £2.82 ETTA fee paid means the player owes £2.18
8. Match and Practise fees remain at £3 per player per night.
9. We will only be running 2 divisions this year as it was too difficult to split up Div2 into Div2 and Div3
10. Tuesday nights will no longer be able to be used for the odd League match as we will be using the hall for coaching and
addition training sessions so the hall will be full.

League History and Activities
The League was reformed in 1988 and is based at the Deer Park School in Cirencester. The aim of the league is to promote Table Tennis in and around Cirencester, we regularly run, Cadet, Junior, Veteran and County Championships at the centre as well as other Leagues internal championships as required.
We boast over 12 tables as well as use of a robot for training purposes.
On top of the normal 2 a side winter league we run during Oct - Mar each year, we also put teams into the Stroud and Cheltenham leagues. We run various competitions thru the season for the League. We also run a Summer League between May - July each year.
The centre also run coaching sessions for Adults and Juniors on a Tuesday night between 7-9pm with qualified coaches.
League and Club Insurance:
Civil Liability insurance including £5m Public Liability is in force through the ETTA's block policy.
Child Protection:
The League supports and promotes the ETTA's Child Protection Policy. All club coaches are screened according to the new regulations.
